The 2025 Australian Dance Festival will be held from 19th - 21st September at Quaycentre, Sydney Olympic Park.
ADF is all about bringing dance schools together to celebrate the joy of dance and learning from the best choreographers in the country. Thank you to all the amazing studios who make this possible by bringing their students!
Group Booking Perks (for Studio Pay)
If your studio manages the group booking and payment, you can enjoy these perks:
✅ 10% Rebate: If your group booking is over $3,400 (excluding ABDC Passes) and is paid in full by the studio, we’ll give you a 10% discount right on your invoice.
✅ Free Teacher Pass: Get 1 free teacher pass when your booking is over $3,400.
Important: Studios that opt for ADF to collect student payments do not qualify for the 10% rebate.
Let Us Handle Payments (Attendees Pay)
Want to avoid the hassle of collecting student payments? Just select the "Attendees Pay" option in Step 1 of the Group Booking Form.
Here's how it works:

We’ll send your students a payment link and handle follow-ups.

Your Group Booking form will be uploaded into Google Drives, and you will be able to see live updates on each student's payment status.
